Steel Nation Announces the Appointment of Alan Reid as President
Southpointe, Canonsburg/Pittsburgh, PA – Steel Nation announces the promotion of Executive Vice President Alan Reid to the position of President. A Pittsburgh native, Reid has been a Principal at Steel Nation since 2013, and will lead the growing Steel Nation team, focused on new business development, construction operations, internal process improvement and corporate infrastructure of business divisions Steel Nation Buildings, Steel Nation Facility Services and Steel Nation Engineering. Current President/Founder Mark Caskey has assumed the new role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Principal Mark Dooley will remain Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Prior to joining Steel Nation in 2013, Alan Reid had a deep background in management consulting and extensive experience helping start-up companies develop their sales organizations. He brings more than 35 years of management experience in business development and the implementation of client solutions. Alan is a Graduate of Heidelberg University and is certified in many Safety Systems used in Energy and Industrial marketplaces.
