Our engineering staff is well-versed on the many different codes, regulations, and ordinances affecting the building. Steel Nation has established an excellent rapport with numerous building officials, plan reviewers, and field inspectors, so that construction is not delayed or hindered due to a regulatory issue. Steel Nation is also experienced in attaining the building permit and occupancy certificate for many jurisdictions. Some of the permits that Steel Nation can prepare are the building permit, E&S pollution control plans, and NPDES construction general permit. Steel Nation can also perform an analysis to verify that buildings meet energy code requirements often needed to get a building permit.
